Pastry Chef Sherry Yard has created individual Baked Alaska's, served warm and filled with coffee toffee crunch ice cream ...mmmm! They are lit from the inside with a glow of changing colours. Can you just see the waiters descending upon the tables with hundreds of these? I have known her since she first came to work with Wolfgang many years ago, and am always amazed and inspired by her creations. Not only are her desserts delicious, but they are true works of art, as you can see.
