Summer Art Projects For Children

School is going to be out this week and already I am preparing myself for the "I'm bored" phase. It gets hot here in Las Vegas, real hot, so other than swimming I have to get creative. These two books by MaryAnn F. Kohl and Kim Solga are chock full of amazing art ideas that will also give a little art history lesson. I love it because they rate them from easy to harder, and the instructions are so clear and concise. I am very excited to get going on them. The website also has a lot of free downloads and links. The Cookie Magazine sit also has some great and fun Art, Cooking, and Science projects.
Passing it along!
