Welcome to 2009! I read somewhere that a small percentage of people are adept at making and keeping resolutions, but a majority of people responded much better to approaching things at issue as "how to best fix this... problem solving". I thought this was very interesting, and of course that's where my thoughts are today! I came across a couple of interesting tips I thought I would pass on. The second link is from Gwyneth Paltrow's website, she gives alot of information on detoxing your body.
